check in you will have time to rest and you
will have free time.
2nd day
The first day we will start with a Walking tour. It will last about three hours, and there you will be
able to see the main cultural and traditional landmarks of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We will start with a Walking tour, that is a bit easier tour while you will arrive on that
day. It will last about three hours, and there you will be able to see the main cultural
and traditional landmarks of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This is one of the best ways to get to know our beautiful capital city. Primarily, we will
stroll around Baščaršija, the core of old-town Sarajevo. This is the area where most of
the recognizable landmarks of Sarajevo are located and later on continue to the
modern part of the city where you will find other imposing buildings representing the
pride of Sarajevo.
In our Walking Tour, you will learn more about the rich history, diverse cultures and
delicious cuisine of this city and our country, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Then we will proceed with the traditional Bosnian lunch in local restaurant.
After that we will have a free time, when you will have a chance to drink Bosnian coffe in Art
house Sevdah.
In the night hours, we will have dinner in one of the most traditional Bosnian Restaurants. During
the dinner, you will have a chance to se performance of the traditional bosnian dance-folklor in
traditional clothes. When we finish with dinner we will go back to hotel.
3rd day
On the third day we will go to Mostar. Our First stop of the day may be a short visit to the
old part of small but beuatiful town - Konjic. Konjic is known for The Old Stone Bridge, which
is connecting the banks of Neretva river for centuries. Then we continue through some really
amazing parts of Neretva river canyon, telling the unique stories of Herzegovina. Second
place that we will visit is Mostar . Mostar is city of stone on stone, historical, political,
scientific and cultural center of Herzegovina that lies at the foot of the slopes of Velez
Mountain, in Neretva River valley. Mostar was one of the most destroyed cities during the
war in Bosnia, but even today it has enough preserved architecture speaks to the rich
cultural past of this city. Our professional guides will accompany you to the Old Town. This is
where you will find the famous Old Bridge of Mostar built in 1566 that is the biggest
attraction of this beutiful city, and the largest concentration of historic and cultural sights.
You will also see Kriva Ćuprija, the oldest arch bridge in Mostar, Hamam – Turkish bath that
is the only Turkish bath still existing in Mostar. You will visit Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque,
the second biggest mosque in Mostar, whose original color and wall decorations have been
preserved. Visitors are allowed to climb the minaret, which offers a panoramic view of the
city and The Old Bridge. In Mostar we will have lunch and proceed to the Blagaj.
Third destination is Blagaj – a haven of peace and natural harmony. Blagaj tour will include
Tekke, or the Dervish Monastery that was built around 1520. The monastery is an important
monument of the early Ottoman period in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The monastery has been
used by the dervishes in order to perform special rituals and today they still perform Dhikr
(praise to God). Blagaj Tekke is situated by the spring of the river Buna, surrounded by
beautiful mountains. There we will have a time for coffe and go back to Sarajevo. On our
return we will have dinner in jablanica.
4th day
Next day we will go to Travnik city, which, for many years, served as a capital of Bosnian eyalet
and was known as Vizier City.
Travnik is one of the best preserved cities from the Ottoman times. There are 28 protected
cultural and historical buildings in this area. The most important of them are: the medieval
fortress that was built in the 15th century. From overthere we will have a beautiful panoramic
view on the city. We will see a very interesting mosqe - Sulejmanija or Šarena mosque, and Elči
Ibrahim-Pasha madrassa – muslim school that is still used today. There are also two clock
towers built in the 18th century, as well as a sundial, built in 1886.
Travnik is known for lovely small river that we call Plava Voda or Blue Water. Spring of the
river is just in the center of this small town where you can enjoy traditional Bosnian coffe. At
the same place Franz Joseph tasted his best coffee paying it with a golden coin.
Travnik is a birthplace of Ivo Andric, a Yugoslav novelist, and the 1961 winner of the Nobel
Prize in Literature. In Travnik we will have lunch and then proceed further.
After visiting Travnik we will continue to Jajce, the capital of the independent medieval
Kingdom of Bosnia, a city of stone, light and water. The royal castle, town-museum under the
open sky, was built on the banks of the rivers Pliva and Vrbas. Once you are there, you will be
able to feel mysterious history of the place.
Our guide will show you the most prominent part of the city, its trademark, magnificent, 18
meter high waterfall, place where the river Pliva tumbles abruptly into the Vrbas river. Jajce
waterfall dominates the center of the Old Town, which makes this place unique.
We will explore beutiful nature of Jajce by going to Pliva Lakes and Ottoman-era Watermills
located a few kilometers away from Jajce.
Due to the historical, architectural, and geological value of the Pliva lakes and watermills were
declared to be “National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina” in 2009.
These two small but beautiful adn historically very important and full of interesting monuments
will surely charm you.
5th day
On the last day we will have a bit rest. Today we will enjoy the beautiful
nature of hidden in the Sarajevo's heart. We will go to the Spring of the river
Bosna, that will charm you and definitely made you fall in love with Bosnia
and Herzegovina even more.
This place is perfect for the families, groups of friends and similar, to spend
quality time, breath fresh air and enjoy in nature.
So beautiful colours of nature, peacefull sound fo water and wonderful swans
will left you without the breath.
After we bring back our energy we will proceed to the Sarajevo's and Bosnian
most keeped secret during the last war- Sarajevo Tunnel of Hope.
It is the tunnel placed below the airport, and was the only connection of
people of Sarajevo with the free zone and only way to get help during the last
war.
There you will have a chance to go inside tunel and see its appearance, see
gallery of pictures and museum.
After that we will have lunch and go back to the city.
