Activating: Introduce the ROBOT ( poster). Its name is Wall-E (My robot has a
rectangular head and body, circular eyes, and semicircle feet). Students are going to create
their own robots. They need to roll a die one by one and find out what shapes will their
robot consist of. They are recording the shapes they will get on a die in the columns on the
worksheet “Math Robot”. After that they choose 1 robot to draw each and prepare a short
description (from the presentation) of it. Then each student introduce their robot to rest
team members and all together they need to choose the best one who is going to introduce
his/here work to the rest of the class.
