The writing submitted by the student exhibited a

would definitely be in accordance with that of an
academic standard.
Federico is a confident speaker of English, who is
able to conduct himself well in the language. He
raised a number of interesting ideas based on both
his studies and career and did so in a way which
showcased his skills when speaking, such as the use
of linking words and discourse markers. Despite
Speaking ⎷ moments in which he committed lexical errors, in
most cases he was able to correct himself and his
overall performance was very good. Of particular
note was the correct use of various grammatical
tenses and idiomatic lexis associated with high-level
users of the English language.
Overall, the student demonstrated the use of a
variety of very good vocabulary which was
appropriate for the task at hand and demonstrated
his proficiency, particularly when speaking about his
field of study/work.*1 Having said that, Federico
Vocabulary could do with working to avoid minor (albeit
⎷ infrequent) errors,*2 some of which demonstrate
interference between his native language (Spanish)
and the language being assessed.
 *1 One of the issues that the humanities are facing
now is a lack of funding.
I think it's for leveling up people and also providing
knowledge about things.
Also, our mind is playing against us.

careers degrees.
