1.

Freeze dryer（冷干机）

打开冷干机电源，预冷 2-3 分钟。

Turn on the Freeze dryer and pre-cool for 2-3 minutes.

2.Screw air compressor(空压机）

空压机开启，压缩空气经冷干机和过滤器处理后进入空气储罐，各压力表指示逐
渐上升
The air compressor is turned on, and the compressed air enters the air
buffer tank after being processed by the cold dryer and the filter, and the
pressure gauges indicate gradually rising .

空气净化*oil separator（油水过滤器） *fine filter（过滤器）

再次过滤：*Dust fine filter（） *Carbon filter （）

这四个过滤器分别用于除油，除水，除尘，精密
These 4 filters are separately used for oil removal, water removal, dust
removal, precision.

3. 当第一个空气罐的压力达到 0.6MPa 时，打开控制柜上的电源开关，即可进入

正常的工作状态
When the pressure of the first air buffer tank upto 0.6MPa, turn on the
power and switch on the control cabinet ,then get to normal working.

制氧机：Oxygen generator

4.待氧气储气罐压力达到 0.4MPa 后，然后缓慢打开放空阀，这时可观察到流量

计浮子上升，调整氧气流量为 30m³/h，通过氧气分析仪显示，纯度达到 93%后，
关闭放空阀，打开通往增压机的阀门，产生氧气到达氧气储罐
After the pressure of the Oxygen storage tank upto 0.4MPa, slowly open the
vent valve. At this time, you can see that the flowmeter float rising,
adjust the oxygen flow rate to 30m³/h, and the oxygen analyzer shows that
the purity upto 93%, then close Vent valve, open the valve leading to
Oxygen booster , produced oxygen enter the Oxygen storage tank, then we
go to next step.

5.当氧气储罐达到 0.4Mpa 时，打开增压机，此时增压机工作，把充装排的每个

充装口的阀门全部打开，通过充装排冲到每个钢瓶。充满之后增压机自动停机。
When the oxygen storage tank reaches 0.4Mpa, open the Oxygen
booster,when it works, open all the valves of each filling row, then each
cylinder is flushed (through the filling row). After full filled, the booster will
automatically stop.

6、充满之后依次换下一组钢瓶进行充装。
After full filling, replace the next group of cylinders for filling agian.
