+4 for each Correct Answer & -1 for each incorrect Answer.

Sequence of tie-breaker rule for-

(A) Class 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 Students
1. Having Higher Marks in Maths will be preferred
2. Having Higher Marks in Physics will be preferred
3. Having Higher Marks in Chemistry will be preferred
4. Having Higher Marks in Biology will be preferred
5. Having Higher Marks in Mental Ability will be preferred
6. Candidate Younger in age will be preferred

(B) Class 11 & 12 (Science) Students

1. Having Higher Marks in Maths/Biology will be preferred
2. Having Higher Marks in Chemistry will be preferred
3. Having Higher Marks in Physics will be preferred
4. Candidate Younger in age will be preferred

• If a Student is Found using unfair Means during the exam, he/she will be
disqualified for exam.

Terms & Conditions :

• All the Above mentioned Cash Awards will be given only & only after Taking Admission
before 15 May 2023 in CLC's offline classroom Courses for Session 2023-24.
• Cash Award of more than Rs. 5000 will be given in four installments. (through Cheque only)

I installment : 17 Aug. 2023 : 25% of Award Money

II installment : 31 Jan. 2024 : 25% of Award Money

III installment : 17 Aug. 2024 : 25% of Award Money

IV installment : 31 Jan. 2025 : 25% of Award Money

(B) Class 8 & 9 Students

Top 200 Ranking students of each class (8 & 9) will be eligible for Cash Award.

Top 250 ranking students in the class X will be eligible for Cash Award.

Reward :

Reward : Medal, Student Kit, Memento with Certificate as per the Rank of the Student in Exam.

• Talent Must be Rewarded & Honoured. We also honour each Talent so a reward
Ceremony will be Organised by CLC in Mid of May 2023 at CLC Sikar.

• Cash-Award will be given to those Students who will take admission in CLC's offline
Classroom Course, while for Reward it is not mandatory to take admission in CLC.
No Reward will be given after Reward Ceremony.

• Reward means A Prize to Encourage or Motivate the talent to Perform better in Future.

 Scholarships :

Scholarship Means Fee concession.

• We always believe in exploring & nurturing Talent & help them to achieve their goal.

• Each participant of exam will be honoured by Scholarship (as per the performance) in
CLC Tecno.

• All kind of Scholarships will be announced with the Result.

• Each Scholarship will be applicable only for session 2023-24

• Scholarship will be Applicable only for those students who complete the formalities of
admission with deposition of first installment of Fee on or before 15 May 2023

• There is No Scholarship on the basis of the CLC Tecno in DLP & Digital Division.

• If a Student misbehaves, Using Unfair means in Classroom, indisciplined or use of

abusive Language then all Scholarships of the student should be revoked immediately.

• If a Student remains absent from class for more than 1 week without prior permission of
the Centre Head, then all and Scholarships of the student will be revoked immediately.

• Scholarship will not be transferred to other student.

• If performance of a student is very poor in respect of given scholarship, then CLC

management has all rights to cancel the scholarship on prior notice to the student &
parents.

• All rights are reserved to CLC regarding Tecno-23 (Conducting, Exam Centre, Cash
Award, Reward, Scholarship & Edu Trip). For any dispute, Jurisdiction will be Sikar Only.

For Student of CLC Classroom Course 2022-23

• Student of 11 & 12 can apply but those candidate will not be eligible for scholarship. They
will be considered only for EduTrip, Cash Awards & Rewards.

• Student of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 (in CLC or CLC's School) can apply & eligible for all.

 Trip :

Guidelines for Educational Trip to Dubai, Singapore or Hongkong

Eligibility Criteria :

• Student must be enrolled in a CLC Offline Classroom Course for the academic year
2023-24 and must have paid the first installment of fee before 15 May 2023. The Trip will
be Conducted in September 2023 subject to no restrictions on travel. It is clearly
understood and agreed that travel will be subject to the covid norms guidelines as may
be applicable from time to time.

• If due to covid/other reasons trip is not possible then each student will be awarded by Rs.
50000 Cash.

Terms & Conditions :

• The final destination will be decided as per covid and visa situation.

• Maximum 5 students will be selected from CLC Tecno 2023.

• The Prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged in any other form.

• Only the following expenses for the selected students will be borne by CLC - Airfare
expenses, Accommodation, Transportation & Meal for a maximum period of 4 Nights & 5
days.

• The Documentation and processing of the visa will be done by the CLC, Students have to
Provide Passport & Other Required Documents.

• Expenses other than AirFare, Accommodation, transportation (taxi, cab), food etc. will be
borne by the student(s) / parent(s).

• Selected student(s) will not indulge themselves in any illegal, unlawful, criminal
activities.

• CLC will not be responsible in case of breach of provisions of all applicable laws by any
student(s) .

• All decisions on the winners will be taken by the Management of CLC and it will be final
and binding.

• SIM card facility, currency exchange for the Student(s) shall be done by the student(s),
CLC will not be responsible for providing such facilities.

• There will be no reimbursement in case students(s) do not avail the accommodation

facility provided by CLC.

• In case of any misunderstanding and dispute, the decision of CLC management will final
& binding and no judicial case will be accepted in this regard.
