Progress, failure to maintain satisfactory course progress relating to submitting and passing
assessments, irrespective of time zone may result in your enrolment being cancelled.
• Where students are in receipt of a Visa Grant and are permitted to travel to Australia,
students will be required to continue their studies, face to face in Australia.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT CONDITIONS


▪ Course fees and payments are due as outlined above; easier payment plans are available, on
application, if you face financial hardship.
▪ Study Periods at Stanley College include holidays.
▪ One Term equals a 10 weeks study period (plus 3 weeks holidays = 13 weeks)
▪ One Semester equals 20 weeks Study Period (plus 6 weeks holiday = 26 weeks. Holidays are as
scheduled by Stanley College.
▪ Instalments are due in advance for each Term. Please note that the Refund and Cancellation Policy
notification periods are based on a Semester (20 weeks of studies plus 6 weeks of holidays).
▪ Stanley College will endeavour to send you a Statement of Account, prior to each instalment being due
and payable, you may also request a Statement of Account FREE OF CHARGE from reception at any
time.
▪ Details on your course fees, including what is due and payment already made is available via your
Student Portal (access is available via the website at www.stanleycollege.edu.au)
▪ Please pay on time and ensure that you include your name and student number as a reference for any
payments you make. Keep the receipt!
▪ In cases wherein we accept partial payment for the first instalment, for issuance of a eCoE you are
required to ensure the balance of the payment, as outlined above is made by the due date. Stanley
College may charge a $250 penalty for students who have not paid their first instalment prior to
commencement.
▪ Stanley College reserves the right to charge interest of 2% per calendar month on all OVERDUE fees.
▪ A Notice of our Intention to cancel your enrolment will be emailed to your Stanley College email address
if any payment becomes OVERDUE. Stanley College may contact you to remind you of OVERDUE fees,
however this is a courtesy, NOT a requirement.
▪ The costs incurred by Stanley College to recuperate unpaid fees will be added to the amount owed to
Stanley College and be recovered as a debt by action in a court of competent jurisdiction in Western
Australia.
▪ You acknowledge that you have received, read and understood the Refund and Cancellation Policy
available within this document and on our website (www.stanleycollege.edu.au).
▪ Stanley College will not release any Awards/Testamurs (certification) to students until all outstanding
course fees have been paid.
▪ Any pre-paid course fees will be held in the College’s designated trust account, until commencement
of each study period, as required under the ESOS Act.
▪ Stanley College does NOT require students to pay more than 50 per cent of the total tuition fees for
the course as part of the enrolment process. However, students may pay more than 50 per cent of their
total tuition fees before their course commences, if they so choose.
▪ Should you default on your Course fees, Stanley College reserves the right to forward your default
details to our Credit Referencing Agency.

The latest version of the Student Handbook- International is provided to you as an attachment, with this Offer
Letter. It contains important information relating to Stanley College, its rights and obligations as an Australian
Government Registered Training Provider and your rights and obligations under the Student Visa Regulations
and as a Student at Stanley College. The Student Handbook-International forms part of this Offer Letter and the
Written Agreement.

You can download a copy of our Student Handbook-International, any time, from the Stanley College website,
www.stanleycollege.edu.au/downloads.

To ensure Stanley College’s compliance with the VET Quality Framework, ESOS legislative framework and

This Written Agreement covers the training delivered between the commencement date and the completion
date of the selected course(s) as detailed in the Offer Letter and as indicated in Stanley College’s International
Student Brochure available from www.stanleycollege.edu.au/downloads. Stanley College has obtained the
required registrations for all courses promoted to international students, as listed at
http://cricos.education.gov.au (search for Stanley College and/or your course of study).

Attending the Orientation Session is compulsory for all students. Orientations are held as follows:

You are scheduled to attend the Orientation Session immediately prior to your course commencement date.

If you are unable to attended the Orientation Session, please email studentservices@stanleycollege.edu.au as
soon as possible so that an session can be organised.

Student Obligations

Onshore -
You must attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours of training each week at Stanley College or
at one of its registered training venues. Your Class schedule is provided to you as part of Orientation, and is
available via your Student Portal. The schedule outlines the days, times location of your classes. Where a change
is made to you class day / times you will receive an email notification.

Offshore - (COVID -19 Travel Restrictions Remain in Place)


As an Offshore student you must:

• Attend all scheduled online classes OR watch all recorded videos of scheduled online classes via
the Learning Management System (Canvas) where you are located in a different time zone; and
• Maintain satisfactory course progress related to submitting and passing assessments.

When you have received your visa approval and are permitted to travel to Australia, the Onshore Student
obligations will apply.

Training Delivery
Stanley College is and Registered Training Organisation (RTO); we are required to deliver training and
assessments according to the relevant training packages (www.training.gov.au) and the Australian Qualifications
Framework (AQF) (available at www.aqf.edu.au). The requirements of all units of competence can be viewed on
www.training.gov.au.

Study Modes
Stanley College uses a mixture of delivery modes that reflect the complexity of the course, including a
combination of:
• Face to Face Training and Assessment
• Distance Learning and Assessment
• Practical training (including a placement at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre for Cookery
students)
• Work-based training

Course Progress Policy and Procedure


As an International Student you are required to maintain satisfactory course progress as a condition of your
student visa. Stanley College must monitor, assess and record your course progress, and must intervene if you
are at risk of unsatisfactory course progress. This requirement is as per the National Code of Practice for
Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (Standard 8).

Stanley College will review your progress at the end of each Study Period (10 weeks). Your results and
attendance for the units scheduled during that study period will be reviewed.

Your course progress will be deemed SATISFACTORY if:


● You have successfully completed# or demonstrated competency in at least 50% of the units scheduled during
that study period (study period = 10 weeks)
#Successfully completing a unit (where competency is not yet determined), is where you have achieved a satisfactory result, for each unit,
for all assessments that were due to be submitted, in the study period, and have attended more than 65% of the scheduled contact hours
for each unit during the study period.

Your course progress will be deemed UNSATISFACTORY if:


● You have not successfully completed## or demonstrated competency in at least 50% of the units scheduled in
two (2) consecutive study periods (study period = 10 weeks) and/or you have not attended more that 65% of
the scheduled contact hours (per unit)
##Not successfully completing a unit (where competency is not yet determined), is where you have achieved a Not Satisfactory Result
(including did not submit/did not attend) for one or more assessments due to be submitted, in the period.

Where you are assessed as having unsatisfactory course progress, Stanley College must issue you with a Notice
of our Intention to Report – Unsatisfactory Course Progress, to the Department of Education and Training, via
PRISMS. The Department of Home Affairs is notified of a student whose course has been deferred suspended or
cancelled through PRISMS, which may affect your student visa.

Factors that could affect your course progress:


• Submitting plagiarised/copied work which has resulted in a Not Yet Competent outcome.
• Not completing pre-requisite units required to progress to the next unit of study.
• Having too many outstanding assessments.
• Being absent for too long to be able to achieve competency within the duration of your eCOE.
• Your trainer identifies you as being at risk of making unsatisfactory course progress before the end
of each study period.

Temporary relaxation of working hours for student visa holders


On 19 January 2022, the Australian Government announced a temporary relaxation of student visa work limits
to all sectors of the economy for all ongoing international students as well as new student arrivals who wish to
commence a job prior to course commencement. This means that international students can work more than
40 hours a fortnight in any sector of the economy while studying.

Further information can be found by contacting the Fair Work Ombudsman:


• Any student who is unsure of their pay and entitlements or believes they have been underpaid while
working in Australian can contact the Fair Work Ombudsman, free of charge, for information and
assistance recovering unpaid entitlements.
• The Fair Work Ombudsman’s Fair Work Infoline on 13 13 94 has a translation and interpreter service
available and their website at www.fairwork.gov.au has professionally translated material as well as a
translator plug-in.

For International Students, it is important that you manage your study / work commitments effectively. Your
permission to study in Australia is closely linked to the Australian Government Student Visa Program, including
the requirement to maintain satisfactory course progress. It is essential for you to comply with the conditions of
your student visa at all times. For more information on Satisfactory Course Progress refer to the section
titled Academic Course Progress/Course Attendance within the Student Handbook.

Work-Based Training (WBT)
Work-based training is considered as class time. The courses listed below include a COMPULSORY work-based
training placement. During scheduled WBT students must complete a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact
hours per week.

All WBT Placements are organised by Stanley College’s Employment Liaison Team in consultation with students.

Stanley College holds an appropriate Insurance policy for students attending Work Based Training. This
insurance is valid only when the student is on unpaid and scheduled work-based training.

Prescribed Hours for Work-Based Training


All Stanley College courses that include a mandatory period of WBT contain a prescribed amount of hours and/or
service periods that you must complete in order to achieve your chosen qualification. Further information
concerning the minimum hours required is available at www.training.gov.au.

To enhance your overall experience in industry, Stanley College provides additional time (above the minimum
WBT requirement) to help you to successfully become part of the Australian workforce during your study. This
additional time will assist you to integrate in to the Australian workforce whilst on your WBT. Further
information is provided your Student Handbook (provided with this Offer Letter) available via
www.stanleycollege.edu.au/downloads.

WA State Government COVID Vaccine Mandate for Work-Based Training


Based on the latest health advice, a mandatory vaccination policy for specified occupations and workforces
within WA has been introduced by the WA State Government. This applies to workers in high-risk industries,
those interacting with people at an increased risk of being infected with COVID-19, or people who are vulnerable
to the impacts of COVID-19, or other critical workers.

If you are an apprentice/trainee OR your course includes work-based training OR your course includes a live
works training component (practical training), you will need to be Fully Vaccinated according to the mandatory
COVID-19 vaccination policy outlines by the WA State Government. Further information is detailed here:

Fully Vaccinated, means you have received at least two doses of a COVID-19 Vaccination AND a mandatory third
dose when it is due (currently 3 months after 2nd dose).

Vaccination Certificates must be emailed to vaccinecertificate@stanleycollege.edu.au, please note that you


should block-out your Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI), before submitting the certificate to Stanley College.

COVID-19 vaccination exemptions


Exemptions to vaccination on medical grounds must be obtained from the Australian Immunisation
Register using their IM011 form. This form must be completed by your GP or specialist medical practitioner and
submitted to the Australian Immunisation Register for assessment. Where an exemption is provided, you must
provide proof of exemption to Stanley College.

Students who remain unvaccinated, or do not provide evidence of vaccination will not be able to meet the
requirements of their course, and therefore will not receive their qualification, in these cases Stanley College
will issue a Statement of Attainment for any unit where competence is achieved.

Additional Requirements to Participate in Work-Based Training


Students must supply course specific evidence before they can commence OR continue the work-based training
component of their course. Evidence listed below must be submitted by email to
employment@stanleycollege.edu.au at least six (6) weeks prior to the commencement of work-based training.

Students undertaking a course at Stanley College are required to bring their own device to campus to be able to
participate in the classes and complete assessments. Therefore, please ensure you bring your own device to

Sick leave
Non-Participation (Absence) due to sickness must be evidenced with a valid medical certificate signed by a
registered doctor in Australia. The Participation (attendance) register may be adjusted upon presentation of the
medical certificate to Stanley College.

Fee payment default


Students experiencing financial hardship must inform Stanley College about their difficulties to pay their fees on
time before any fees become overdue. Stanley College can offer easier payment terms to students experiencing
financial hardship.

Complaints and Appeals


Stanley College has a Complaints and Appeals policy and procedure that students can access. Students can use
this process to report any issues or concerns during their time at Stanley College. The Complaints and Appeals
Process commences within ten (10) working days of receipt of the complaint and/or appeal; and will be reviewed
by Vice President of Corporate Services & Operations.

Stanley College aims to resolve complaints/appeals as quickly as possible, generally within 20 working days. If a
student is not satisfied with the final outcome of the internal complaints and appeal process, they are able to
lodge a request to have the matter dealt with externally. The Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure will
be covered during Orientation Week and is also available on the Stanley College website. Complaints or Appeals
may be lodged using the ‘electronic Complaints and Appeals Form (eCAFO)’ via the Stanley College Website, at
the following link www.stanleycollege.edu.au/cafo-form/

Please note: This written agreement, and the right to make complaints and seek appeals of decisions and action
under various processes, does not affect the right of the student to take action under the Australian Consumer
Law if the Australian Consumer Law applies.

Education Agents
Stanley College will only accept enrolments via approved Education Agents whom are vetted by Stanley College.
A list of our approved Education Agents is available from our website. Agents are not allowed to charge fees for
services relating to Stanley College. Agents may charge fees for work related to visa applications and visa
consultation. Stanley College does pay our approved Agents a fee for referring students.

Stanley College currently holds Third Party Agreements with all education agents listed to recruit students on its
behalf. All education agents associated with Stanley College are listed on our website. For further information

Issuance of Qualification
Only Students who successfully complete the courses covered by this Written Agreement will be award a
Certificate or Diploma under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Students who do not meet all the
requirements for issuance of a Qualification will be issued with a Statement of Attainment, which lists the units
the student has successfully completed. Note: Testamurs will only be issued if there are no outstanding fees.

Concurrent Course Enrolment
Concurrent Course Enrolment means that you are enrolling simultaneously in more than one award course.
For International Students, concurrent enrolment may be permitted provided each program is CRICOS
Registered. Stanley College permits concurrent enrolments provided that:
• The student maintains satisfactory academic progress, including attending/participating in all
scheduled classes.
• Details of the concurrent enrolment are provided to our Student Services Team, including course
name, commencement/completion dates, and institution information. This information must be
submitted prior to commencement of the concurrent course.

Living in Australia
You will need to ensure that you have access to enough money, to pay for your course fee, travel and living
costs for you and your accompanying family members whilst you are in Australia. Detailed information is

Where your school age dependents are planning to join you in Australia for more than 3 months, you are
required to ensure that they maintain adequate enrolment in a school. Additional fees are payable, school
costs are approximately $8,000 per year (source: Department of Home Affairs). For more information on

Under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, Stanley College is required to collect personal information about

(NCVER).

Your personal information (including the personal information contained on your enrolment form), may be used
or disclosed by Stanley College for statistical, administrative, regulatory and research purposes. Stanley
College may disclose your personal information for these purposes to:

• Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies; and
• NCVER.

Personal information that has been disclosed to NCVER may be used or disclosed by NCVER for the following

• populating authenticated VET transcripts;

Refund and Cancellation Policy Overview


The Stanley College Refund and Cancellation Policy covers how REFUND and CANCELLATION Fees are calculated in the event
of Student Default or Stanley College Default. The calculations are in accordance with federal legislation and regulations
including the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code.
Refund for fees paid in advance
The calculation applied for fees paid in advance is listed in Table 1.
Cancellation fees
Where a course of study is cancelled before the agreed Completion Date, Stanley College will calculate the Cancellation Fee
in accordance with Table 1.

Fees and Charges


Fees payable may include the following:
• Application Fee: The Application Fee is the fee charged to all applicants to review their application and supporting
documentation to enrol in a course of study. The Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Tuition Fees: Tuition Fees are the fees payable to Stanley College for undertaking a course. The Refund and Cancellation
Policy specifications detailed below cover TUITION FEES only.
• Short Course/Workshops Fees: Short Course Fees are the fees payable to Stanley College for undertaking a
short course, show courses include:
o Barista Workshop;
o SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol;
o HLTAID011 Provide first aid (Or the Superseded version: HLTAID003 Provide first aid).
• Materials Fee: The Materials Fee covers materials and resources used in the delivery of your course at Stanley College.
At Stanley College we are committed to ensure that we have a sustainable and ecofriendly training environment,
therefore, wherever possible we provide our Training Materials in an electronic format, rather than as a printed resource..
• The Materials Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 4 weeks before Course Commencement.
• Administration Fee: The fee charged to cover the administrative costs in reviewing and processing the necessary
documentation in order for a student to obtain the necessary visa to study in Australia. The Administration Fee is only
charged in the event the Student Visa Application is refused, and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Accommodation Placement Fee (optional): This fee is only payable if a student requests Stanley College to arrange for
accommodation in Australia. The Accommodation Placement Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless more than two (2)
weeks’ notice is provided to Stanley College.
• Accommodation Fee (optional): This fee is only payable if a student requests Stanley College to arrange Homestay
Accommodation, the fee is charged on a weekly basis. Please refer to our Homestay Fee for more information. The
Accommodation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless more than two (2) weeks’ notice is provided to Stanley College a $50
cancellation fee will apply.
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC): This insurance is compulsory and must be maintained throughout your
entire stay in Australia. Students can choose any approved Australian Overseas Student Health Cover provider.
These fees are only payable to Stanley College for Students who choose Stanley College’s recommended insurance

provider. Please read the OSHC brochure and terms and conditions on Stanley College’s website. Please note,
OSHC fee is calculated based on a ‘start date’ 7 days prior to course commencement, and a ‘end date’ one (01)
month (if the course duration is 10 months or less) or two (02) months (if the course duration is longer than 10
months) after course end date, unless otherwise requested. The OSHC Fee included in this Offer Letter is based on
OSHC Provider’s scheduled fee, which are subject to change each Calendar Year. Any variances are payable by you
the Student, on receipt of an invoice from the OSHC Provider.
• Additional Fees and Charges: Any Additional fees are as specified on page (10) in your Written Agreement with Stanley
College. Fees may be subject to change and students will be notified about changes of Additional fees. Additional Fees
are not refundable.

Definitions
• Course: Means the Course you are enrolled in as outlined in the signed Offer Letter and Written Agreement.
• Course Commencement Date: Means the agreed starting date of a course, as stipulated in the singed Offer Letter and
Written Agreement.
• Course Completion Date: Means the agreed completion date of a course, as stipulated in the singed Offer Letter and
Written Agreement.
• Study Period means your Study Period is as outlined in your Offer Letter with Stanley College.
One Term = 10 weeks study period + 3 weeks holidays = Total 13 weeks
One Semester = 20 weeks study period + plus 6 weeks holidays = Total 26 weeks
• Course Duration means the total duration of your course of study including holidays.

General Information
• All Refund Requests and Cancellation Notifications must be submitted using the Course Variation Form and the Refund
Application Form, both of which are available at the Reception Desk or via the Stanley College website
www.stanleycollege.edu.au. VERBAL notifications to Stanley College staff or agents ARE NOT VALID.
• The date the written notice is received by Stanley College is the DEFAULT DATE, and is the date used for the calculation
of any refund and/or cancellation fee.
• In case of a cancellation by the student or Stanley College, any outstanding fees to Stanley College become due within 7
(seven) days.
• Stanley College calculates Refunds and Cancellation fees based on a SEMESTER Fee (20 weeks study period plus 6
weeks holidays = 26 weeks). For courses shorter than a Semester, Refunds and Cancellation fees will be calculated on
the Course Fees.
• Any costs incurred by Stanley College to recuperate outstanding fees will be charged to the student
• Unpaid fees will be recorded as a debt and recovered by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Stanley College will not release any testamurs/awards to students until outstanding course fees have been paid in full.
• All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Where a refund is approved by the President, and is not due to the College defaulting, Stanley College will make payment
of refund within 28 days of receipt of the application. The refund will be deposited into the student’s bank account only,
as nominated on the Refund Application Form.
• All refunds will be paid in Australian Dollars, where this is not possible refunds will be paid in United States dollars.
• No refunds will be paid to a third party (a person other than the student), unless directed by the student on the Refund
Application Form.
• Refund and Cancellation applications WILL NOT be processed where the signature on the Course Variation and/or Refund
Application Form DOES NOT match the student’s signature as shown on other documents provided by the student for
admission to Stanley College.
• Students will receive a clear Statement of Refunds explaining how the refund was calculated, where a cancellation fee
has been applied, students will receive a Statement of Cancellation clearly outlined how our Cancellation Policy has been
applied.
• This Written Agreement, and the availability of the complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right of the
student to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
• The Refund and Cancellation Fee Policy is subject to review from time to time.

Note: A student who has paid fees for more than two semesters in advance and withdraws during a semester and more
than four weeks before the commencement of the following semester, would receive no refund of fees for the current

Student Default occurs when


• the course starts at the location on the agreed starting day, but the student does not start the course on that day
(and has not previously withdrawn); or
• the student withdraws from the course at the location (either before or after the agreed starting day); or
• the registered provider of the course refuses to provide, or continue providing, the course to the student at the
location because of one or more of the following events:
▪ the student failed to pay an amount he or she was liable to pay the provider, directly or indirectly, in order to
undertake the course;
▪ the student breached a condition of his or her student visa;
▪ breach of Stanley College Code of Conduct.

Refunds after Stanley College Default


In the unlikely event of Stanley College default, within 14 days of the default, Stanley College will:
Either offer you an alternative place at Stanley College’s expense, that is accepted by you in writing; or
Refund you the unused portion of the prepaid fees.
Tuition Protection Scheme (TPS)
If Stanley College is unable to provide a refund or place the student in an alternative course, then the student will be
referred to the Tuition Protection Service (TPS), which will place the student in a suitable alternative course. If a suitable
course cannot be found, Stanley College will pay a refund as calculated by the TPS Administrator.

Short Course/Workshop Tuition Fees
In the case of a cancellation by the student, Stanley College requires at least four working days’ notice of
cancellation prior to the start date of the course. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process. No
refunds, transfers or credit notes will be issued for withdrawals when less than four working days’ notice is
given.

5. Acceptance of Written Agreement
I, (Student name) accept the offer outlined above and agree to the terms and
conditions stipulated in this Written Agreement. I understand that tuition fees may be subject to increase and
that Stanley College reserves the right to change the fees when necessary. I am aware that it is my responsibility
to ensure that my expected completion date is maintained and correct, and to ensure that I am enrolled in the
correct course at all times.
I am aware of the estimated cost of living in Australia, details available from the Department of Home Affairs
website at www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/stud , and understand the financial capacities to meet such costs is my
responsibility.
I will arrive in Australia prior to my Orientation which will take place on the Friday before course commencement
at 10am.
I am aware that as a student of Stanley College; I can contact my Trainer or the Student Support Officer to assist
me with matters relating to my academic progress and welfare. I also understand that I can complain and appeal
if I am not satisfied with Stanley College or with a decision made by Stanley College staff.
I understand that I can access the Overseas Student Ombudsman (details available at reception) or via their
website, www.ombudsman.gov.au to assist me if I have a complaint or want to appeal a decision.
By signing this Written Agreement I confirm that:
▪ I have read and understand the Stanley College Refund and Cancellation Policy available with my
application form and contained within this Offer Letter.
▪ I have read and understand the Stanley College Privacy Notice available on my application form and
contained within this Written Agreement.
▪ You are advised that in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, that the personal information you provide
to Stanley College may be disclosed to:
▪ Commonwealth including TPS and State/Territory government departments and agencies and
statutory bodies performing functions relating to VET for:
▪ The purposes of administering and auditing VET, VET providers and VET programs;
▪ Education related policy and research purposes; and
▪ To assist in determining eligibility for training subsidies
▪ VET Regulators to enable them to perform their VET regulatory functions;
▪ the National Centre for Vocational Education Research for the purpose of creating
authenticated VET transcripts, resolving problems with USIs and for the collection, preparation
and auditing of national VET statistics;
▪ researchers for education and training related research purposes;
▪ any other person or agency that may be authorised or required by law to access the
information;
▪ any entity contractually engaged by the Student Identifiers Registrar to assist in the
performance of his or her functions in the administration of the USI system; and
▪ I have read and understand the information regarding entry requirements, fees, important dates and
information about Stanley College, the Stanley College Code of Conduct and studying in Australia from
the Student Handbook included with this offer letter and available on the Stanley College website
(www.stanleycollege.edu.au/downloads).
▪ I understand that I must attend all scheduled classes and complete all assessments as required

residential address, mobile number, email address and who to contact in emergency
situations. You must notify Stanley College of any change in your contact details for the
following within 7 days as per the National Code 2018 and Student Visa Condition 8533:

▪ Maintain adequate schooling arrangements for your school age dependents who joined you
in Australia for more than 3 months, as part of your student visa application. Additional fees
may be incurred. Please provide evidence of enrolment for school aged dependents, on arrival
in Australia to Stanley College.
▪ I understand that I can seek employment during my studies and can work no more than 40
hours per fortnight and that I must not schedule any work during class time.

▪ Stanley College may change my schedule at short notice if necessary and will inform me about the
changes as soon as possible.
▪ I will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) once my fees have been received by Stanley College.
▪ I understand that Stanley College will communicate with me via my Stanley College email account,
details of which will be provided to me at Orientation. Furthermore, I understand that I MUST log on
and check my emails AT LEAST WEEKLY, during my enrolment, including on scheduled Term Breaks.
▪ I understand that the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will require the CoE when I apply for my
student visa.
▪ I understand that the tuition fees listed in this International Offer Letter, I must sign and return my
acceptance of the Written Agreement within 28 days of issue.
▪ I understand that additional fees and charges as outlined in the offer letter and the Student
Handbook, and that they may be subject to change. Where there are changes to these fees, I will
receive email notification of the change
▪ I understand that it is my responsibility to keep a copy of this Written Agreement as supplied by
Stanley College, including any receipts of any payments or tuition fees and/or additional fees (non-
