situation?
Sol:- McCaskey was aware about the unethical practices that were carried out in her
company, During course of her work. Even though she was aware of it she never concerned
about raising these issues. But when she was asked to get the insider information, she feel
like being part of these unethical practises. This was the situation that troubled Martha
McCaskey.
Her way of assessment the situation was not correct. She should not let her rationale get
influenced by her moral ethics, even though there is a high possibility of happening that.
Martha McCaskeys assessment can be supported by the following points.
Martha had to take into consideration the six pillars of character (Trustworthiness, Fairness,
Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Citizenship

 If she delegates the work to Kauffman she will loose the trust of her employer. The
respect for her among the employer decreases.
 If she continues with the silicon 6 project she will be considered as the employee with
responsibility
 By continuing with the project she can prove the commitment towards the job and
will maintain her citizenship in the workplace

And by this, had to process the decision making. So that the improved and better
decision can be made.
