Dismantle On Site General Rules
1. Photo on NETGear should be material label/part number (previously whole material), if label/PN not
exist please create dummy PN and marked it on each material.
2. All dismantled material should be marked as “MOVING” in NETGear android (propose to NETGear
team as default for task movement)
3. Mark each material with taskID
4. If there’s more than 1 , please chose the label with main equipment remark
5. Packing material as packaging standard criteria, preferably using ex-box new material (minimum
bubble wrap and carton box)
6. Follow Asset Operation catalog when tagging material

How to create dummy PN

1. Login to NETGear android.

2. Go to taskID that you want to work in.
3. Select Equipment Tab.
4. Click on material that you want to scan
5. Click “open spare part explorer” button
6. Type detail material in the search box
7. Select description that match/similar to the
actual material
