Hotaling,
It’s time to gather and return the Stride K12
computer equipment we sent to Benjamin
Hotaling earlier in the year! We pay for the
return of these items so there is no cost to you.

Please return:

Computer, serial Number: 237K463

Stride K12 power cables, VGA cable, and adapters

If the keyboard, mouse or headphones have not

been used or opened please return them as well.
If they have been used please keep or dispose
of them.

If you have already returned Stride K12

equipment - THANK YOU! Please disregard

HOW TO RETURN STRIDE K12

EQUIPMENT
CONFIRM the serial number on the hardware
matches the one(s) above. Not a
match? Contact us at 866.571.4310 or
computer-returns@k12.com so we can update
our records.

PACK equipment in sturdy boxes, preferably the

ones they arrived in. Stride K12 does not provide
boxes to return equipment.

ATTACH prepaid UPS return labels that will be

provided in a separate e-mail, one per box.
While you may receive multiple return labels
over the course of your enrollment please keep
in mind that any return label provided by Stride
K12 can be used for any type of return.
Visit help.k12.com if you need additional
labels.

RETURN your packed boxes to a UPS

authorized location. Use ups.com/dropoff to
find your closest options. Record the tracking
number(s) for your records.
Stride K12 offers a free UPS pickup by calling
the Computer Returns Department. Stride K12
does not reimburse UPS pickups scheduled
outside Stride K12.
