What are the challenges that you encounter while doing your task last week?

- Since i haven't do any physical activity last week, im having a struggle on


performing the dynamic stretching. Zoleta
- back pain
- Few challanges i have encounter like limitations on the work place.
- The only challenge that I encounter while doing my task last week is the
lack of workspace I have.
- The challenges I encounter while doing the task are how to perform it
correctly.

How do you feel in doing the dynamic exercise?

- It warms up my muscles.
- Relaxing
- I feel energized when i have done the dynamic exercise. Arenas
- It helps me to lessen the stiffness of my muscles
- I feel relaxed because it stretches by muscles

Why is dynamic exercise activity beneficial to your body?

- It helps me more flexible and productive.


- I feel stronger and my movements are better and my energy seems to have
increased
- It is benificial as it helps my blood to circulate properly by doing the
dynamic exercise.
- it helps me maintain my posture, balance and my muscles.
- it motivates me to exercise more and loss some fats I have
- dynamic stretching is beneficial to my body because it stretches my muscles
as well as increases my muscle blood flow.
