Family – school – community partnerships are a shared responsibility and

reciprocal process whereby schools and other community agencies and
organizations engage families in meaningful and culturally appropriate ways
and families take initiative to actively support their children’s development
learning. As a future leader, when schools and community organizations work
together to support learning, everyone benefits . I can serve partnerships with
strength, support, and even transport individual partners, resulting in improved
program quality, become more efficient of using resources, and a better
alignment of goals and curricula. Building good partnerships will make our job
more enjoyable which free ups time to innovate and focus on our personal
development. School community partnerships or relationships help us to
improve the quality of education for all children. It also helps parents and other
citizens to recognize their responsibilities. School and community partnerships
has benefits like building activities in the school community, connect as leader
with the partner organizations to promote engagement, define and prioritize
goals, build new partnerships and strengthen long-standing ones. Also as a
leader makes sure that students are engaged in real work, complement with the
skills that are building in class, can define leadership on both sides, and
acknowledge the role of my partners as educator.

Filipino Values is a collective term for the shared assumptions and beliefs
of Filipinos which are basis of their response to facts, events, and situations.
Values can be also considered as a guide towards the betterment of life
because without proper values, a person will never achieve what one aspires
for. Head knowledge is not enough to be called successful. Values can either
be personal, cultural, social, and even universal. Personal values are implicitly
related to choice of a person and serving as their guide in making decision.
Filipino values vary depending on how they are raised in their respective homes.
Their homes are their first school wherein their mentors are their parents. Values
are first developed in their home. Having a Filipino values will make one’s life
become more disciplined and be concerned with that is morally good and bad
also right or wrong. Moreover building Filipino values at workplace is also a
process of giving meaning and challenge to become productive. To the Filipino
the highest values are to become responsible, respectable, and important
people. Filipinos in the 21 st Century most if the people nowadays are way back
more liberate and independent among themselves than before. Filipinos
nowadays have forgotten the values of a true Filipino like the use of the words
“po” and “opo”. Even the honesty is gone and a very few of them still remain
that value. The reason of these things is the too much addiction with the western
culture of many Filipinos. Many of them find the Filipino Culture as boring, non
sense, old fashioned, and so much like Maria Clara. Many of them would turn to
imported goods instead of their native products. In addition many of them are
fond of modern gaming consoles and left what we call as “Filipino Games”
dying and ailing and barely make comeback to the Filipino children.

Indeed. We, Filipinos have changed as time passes by. We have changed
significantly that affected our culture and values. We evidently changed the
essence of being Filipino.
