Summary of Experience:

Since 2017 to till date Working a technician in MEC ENERGY PAKISTAN which API Certified Oil and Gas
Company. MEC ENERGY PAKISTAN is providing manufacturing refurbishment, assembling and pressure
testing service to oil and gas companies. MEC posses following API Licences and Certification.

• API Spec 6A ( Specification for well-head and chrismass tree equipment’s)

• API spec 7.1 (Specification for rotary drill steam element’s)
• API spec 16A (specification for drill through equipment)
• API 5CT (specification for casing and tubing)
• API Q1 9th Edition (Specification for QMS Requirements for Manufacturing
Organizations for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry).
• ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System Requirements)

Overall Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dismantling and assembling of christmass trees, gate valves, NRV valves and
wellhead section A,B,C.
• Dismantling and assembling at UI, UII and Annular Bops ( blow out preventer).
• Dismantling and assembling at chok manifold kill line and chok line.
• Change all metallic and non-metallic parts in all kind at job’s if required duringrefurbishment .
 • After assembling Conduct all types of pressure tests well bore test and seat
testsunder supervision at workshop in-charge.

• Submit all reports along with scope of work to quality department and
procurement department.
• Manage and Coordinate with manager procurement and smooth operation at all level.
• Maintaining adequate environment and cleanliness of workshop.
• Communicate and liaise with quality Team to meet required refurbishment
standards.
• Maintaining traceability/parts number and prepare assembly traceability sheet against
work order.

• Manage and coordinate all, preventive maintenances of machines and equipment

with in-charge maintenance.
• Manage internal/external training programmes for operators and Associates.
• Maintaining all documents according to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Requirements.

Academic Qualification:

 Diploma in Mechanical Technology: B.T.E Peshawar, Year 2017.

 Metric: B.I.S.E Mardan, Year 2014.
