gaiety and excitement was visible as the chil-
dren strutted about in their fineries.
The essence of the festival remains the
same i.e. the Dharma (good) prevailing over
Adharma (evil). A refrain which should be
ingrained in the minds of all from childhood
itself. Students were first taught the reason
for celebration and later on with utmost safe-
ty precaution they enjoyed the Ravan Dahan.
