Plant: SAMUR NDE in the vertical direction predominantly by non-synchronous peaks

Event Type: Ad-Hoc Vibration Measurement & Analysis 2. High envelope acceleration level predominantly by non-synchronous
Equipment ID: K-13-01-PM2 frequency.
Report Date: 23/2/2021 3. Motor bearing number were included in the spectral data and found
that non-synchronous frequency mainly contributed by bearing fault
frequency, indicating the motor bearing experiencing severe defect.

Event Description Recommendation

During monthly routine vibration survey, the lube oil pump was observed - Prepare and perform motor replacement as soon as possible.
having harsh noise sound and further analysis were requested.
