The CATWOE analysis has been used to identify key perspectives and standpoints in

identifying and solving the main issue affecting Coca Cola. The tool identifies the key

stakeholders and environmental constraints that need to be considered towards addressing the

challenge facing Coca Cola. Based on the above table, customers are first clients that are affected

by the too much sugar in the coca cola products. Thus, their involvement in decision making is

key towards making suggestions on the best ways to address the issue with coca cola. Similarly,

the management is also crucial in providing the leadership role towards amicable solutions

towards addressing the challenge[ CITATION Mil16 \l 1033 ]. Overall, in partnership with the

stakeholders, Coca Cola will incorporate various ideas as consolidated from various stakeholders

to craft out the best strategies to solve the challenges impacting the industry.

In conclusion, this paper highlights the main challenges facing Coca Cola and significant

measures that the company can employ to address its situation. The paper recommends stronger

stakeholder engagements towards coming up with amicable solution towards addressing the

sugar menace in Coca Cola industry.
