Population and Sample size

The Quezon City’s economy continues to be dominated be small to medium-scale

business establishments engaged mostly in the distribution of finished products and in the

provision of basic services. The target population of the study is the SMEs in Quezon City. 

The researchers had limited focus to the SMEs that are using bookkeeping system or

bookkeepers.  The sample size is composed of (100) SMEs bookkeepers in Quezon City. This

sample size is consistent with the following specifications: Test Family= t-test, effect size=0.50

(small), a=0.05, power= 0.795 (G*Power, 2020). The respondents comprising the sample size

were subsequently randomly selected from the pool of qualified survey responses.
