For continuous operation it is mandatory:
- to add a cooling system for the lubrication oil,
- to set the vibrodriver frequency to a lower rate
- to monitor regularly the temperature of the gearbox

MAXIMUM allowable angle of a

vibrodriver for raked applications:
1- Standard range without RK version = +/-15 deg.
2- Vibro equipped with RK = 45 deg.

When using a RK equipped vibrodriver:

- Make sure the vibrodriver is securely slung according to the
required angle,
- Adjust the lubrication oil level according to the raked angle 0 – 15 deg
(vibrodriver in vertical position)= top level glass: 0-15 deg; bottom
level glass: 15-45 deg
- Make sure the lubrication pump suction port is below the level of
oil in the gearbox when the vibro is inclined 15 – 45 deg

- Driving profiles: weight of vibrodriver and accessories + weight
of the profile + 20% as a reserve,
- Extracting profiles: max pull up capacity of the vibrodriver

Keep away from pressurized parts. Depressurize the circuit
and wait for the oil to cool before any intervention

Risk of crushing:
Never leave your hands between the jaws of the
clamps, and between the clamps, and in the area
where the clamps slide on the tees

Equipment generating a strong vibration:

Do not come into contact with the vibrator during operation

Gears inside the vibrating box:

Never put your hands in the vibrating box when it is open

Risk of burns - High temperature:

Avoid contact with the vibrating box during and
after use until the metal cools

Do not put your hands in the propellers or
belts during operation

Electrical hazard - low voltage:

Any intervention must be carried out with the circuit switched
off, by a qualified person.
Flammable materials:
When filling, keep away from any object that could
cause sparks
Risk of burns - High temperature:
Avoid contact with hot elements during and after use, until
cooling
High pressure hydraulic circuits:
Keep away from pressurized parts. Depressurize the circuit
and wait for the oil to cool before any intervention
Prohibition of welding on the group:
Do not carry out welding work on the unit without taking
special precautions. Request authorization from PTC
beforehand
