How to use this Send to Amazon file upload

Step 1: Review the data definitions

Review the Data definitions tab to become familiar with the information that will go into your template. We

Step 4: Fill out the template, save and upload

To have your request uploaded properly, be sure to provide all the required information. If you are not provi

Definition and use

Choose Seller if your units will be prepped before they arrive at the fulfillment center. Choose Amazon to
opt in to the FBA Preparation Service.

If no prep is required, choose Seller.

Choose Seller if your units will be labeled before they arrive at the fulfillment center. Choose Amazon to opt
in to the FBA Label Service.

Labeling with an Amazon barcode may not be required if your inventory is tracked using a manufacturer
barcode. If no label is required, choose Seller.

The prep category to be used as default for the MSKUs being uploaded.

A unique identifier for the product. A Merchant SKU (MSKU) is expected to be listed only once in the file. If
an MSKU is listed more than once, the file will show an error after processing.

The number of this item to be included in the shipment

A warehouse-style building that stores products and fulfills customer orders.

If the prep owner for the MSKU is different from the default prep owner, fill out this column. Otherwise leave
it empty.
If the labeling owner for the MSKU is different from the default labeling owner, fill out this column.
Otherwise leave it empty.

Category required for prep and labeling

This code is a standard classification for products, traditionally for exports and imports use.

Tax rate to be applied to sku

Price of each unit as it is transported / moved across state lines
