WRITING GUIDE:
At the moment, it is known or taken as a movement to stop eating meat but this should
not be done because meat improves our health and/or physical condition.
As a first argument, vitamin B12 helps to keep your body free of anemia, keeps your
nerves and blood cells functioning well and also helps to maintain genetic material. The
best sources of vitamin B12 are meats. Another argument meat contains real iron helps
your body produce two essential proteins: hemoglobin and myoglobin. Hemoglobin is
responsible for carrying oxygen to your cells, and myoglobin carries it to your muscle
cells, which use it. Vegetables also contain iron, however, they are not as well absorbed by
the body as the iron found in animal meat.
On the other hand, we have heard of the terrible conditions in which the animals we eat
live: we have seen images of caged chickens, cows with mud up to their chests, pigs
squeezed into tiny spaces
All in all, I think that we should continue to consume meat as it helps our health and keeps
us healthy but it does not justify the treatment that is being given in some cases to
animals so we should change that only but not our consumption.
