ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui Perubahan Permintaan Daily Market
List dari Department Food & Beverage Product Terhadap Operasional Purchasing
di KJ Hotel Yogyakarta. (2) mengetahui alasan penyebab terjadinya Perubahan
Permintaan Daily Market List dari Food & Beverage Product Terhadap
Operasional Purchasing di Kj Hotel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi dokumen, wawancara,
observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan seorang kitchen and accounting of Food
and Beverage Product ( F&B Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)
dampak perubahan daily market list dalam perubahan, (2) operasional cukup baik
dan hal ini berpengaruh dalam perubahan permintaan daily market list dari
department food & beverage terhadap operasional purchasing di kj hotel
Yogyakarta
ABSTRACT
This study aims to (1) find out the Changes in Demand for the Daily Market List
from the Food & Beverage Product Department on Purchasing Operations at KJ
Hotel Yogyakarta. (2) find out the reasons for the Change in Demand for the
Daily Market List from Food & Beverage Products to Purchasing Operations at
Kj Hotel. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques
in the form of document studies, interviews, and observations. Interviews were
conducted with a kitchen and accounting of Food and Beverage Product (F&B
Product). The results of the study show that (1) the impact of changes in the daily
market list in changes, (2) operations are quite good and this has an effect on
changes in demand for the daily market list from the food & beverage department
on purchasing operations at kj hotel Yogyakarta.
