ORDER

NO.S0 (INQ)1-33/2014. WHEREAS, Denovo disciplinary proceedings were initiated

against the following officers/officials on the charges of misconduct and inefficiency by

appointing Mr. Muhammad Mushtaq Ahmad (PAS/BS-21) Secretary, Government of

the Punjab, Communication & Works Department as Inquiry Officer vide order dated

25.05.2017:-

Dr. Muhammad Ashraf (APMO/BS-19) ex- Medical Superintendent, DHQ

Hospital, Vehari.
Dr. Khalid Mehmood, ex-Chief Consultant Pediatrician (BS-20), DHQ
Hospital, Vehari
Dr. Muhammad Hafeez, ex-Consultant Pediatrician (BS-18), DHQ
Hospital, Vehari
Dr. Maqbool Hussain, ex-Medical Officer (BS-17) DHQ Hospital, Vehari
Mst. Sumera Johnson, ex-Charge Nurse (Bs-16), DHQ Hospital, Vehari
Mr. Muhammad Yaseen, ex-Ward Cleaner, DHQ Hospital, Vehari.

AND WHEREAS, the Inquiry Officer conducted a detailed inquiry and

submitted his report concluding that the charges are not proved against the accused
officers/officials, therefore, recommended that they may be exonerated from the
charges.

AND WHEREAS, after examining the inquiry report and relevant record, the
Chief Minister/Competent Authority is satisfied that the inquiry has been conducted in
accordance with provisions of PEEDA Act, 2006 and determined that the charges are
not proved against the accused officers.

\ 1 NOW THEREFORE, the Chief Minister/Competent Authority, after perusal of
\,14nquiry report, examination of the relevant record and in exercise of powers conferred

upon him under Section 13 (5)(i) of the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and
Accountability Act, 2006 has exonerated the following accused officers/officials of the
charges leveled against them:-
