DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the unit or section for systems and
programming development, programming operational methods, and reviews the
quality and efficiency for control purposes;
2. Prepares and/or edits systems, programming and operational manuals;
3. Oversees the maintenance of Computer Programming and Operations library;
4. Establishes standards for block diagramming machine flow chart and
programming procedures;
5. Writes and debugs complex programs;
6. Reviews and evaluates the work of the staff and prepares performance reports;
7. Collaborates with system analyst and other technical personnel in scheduling
equipment analysis, feasibility studies and systems planning and does related
work;
8. Performs other duties the superior may assign.
