I. Work Background
An airport is a place where many activities occur that involve many people and require
communication for coordination. This communication is very important, so communication
technology in the form of VoIP is needed to facilitate the processes that occur at the airport.
Dhoho Airport is a large airport in accordance with existing designs, for that we must also support
a reliable VOIP communication system to support the great performance of Dhoho airport in
Kediri.

II. Scope of Work

The scope of work that we do is as follows:
1. Provide offers according to the needs at Dhoho airport
2. Provide full support for the work and materials that we will install at Dhoho Kediri airport
3. Doing work in accordance with the existing processes in the Dhoho Kediri Airport project which
includes:
a. Taking care of work permits that we will do at Dhoho Kediri airport
b. Make work reports according to the needs in the project
c. Coordinate with field parties, contractors and consultants to carry out work
d. Installing the VoIP system that we will install, including:
- Installing voip server rack
- Perform wiring installations, both strong currents and weak currents according to the
needs of the VoIP system
- Installing voip server hardware devices
- Installing a voip server
- Configure VoIP servers such as: create extension numbers, create Class of service for
extensions, make routing for extensions, connect with providers, and so on.
- Configure basic phone, Advance Phone, and Video Phone
- Configure voip gateway
e. Doing documentation during installation
4. Doing documentation of all work
5. Pre-test the VoIP system that we installed
6. Test and commission the system that we install
7. Conduct training to users both Operator and maintenance
8. Take care of all the documents needed to complete the work.
