Elements of Multimodal Texts :

A text may be defined as multimodal when it combines two or more semiotic systems.
Linguistic: vocabulary, structure, grammar o oral/written language
Visual: colour, vectors and viewpoint in still and moving images.
Audio: Volume, pitch, and rhythm of music and sound effect
Gestural: Movement, facial expression and body language
Spatial: proximity , direction , position of layout organization of objects in space.

Rhetorical Questions:

 Rhetorical question is a question that requires no reply, either because the answer is obvious or
because the asker already knows the answer. Rhetorical questions are generally used to draw a
contrast, persuade the audience, make the listener think, or direct the reader’s attention to an
important topic.

FACT
It is something that is known to have happened or to exist, especially something for
which proof exists, or about which there is information.
OPINION
It is a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
BELIEF

It is a mental conviction of the truth of some statement or the reality of some being or phenomenon.
COMMONPLACE ASSERTION
Common Place Assertion a statement that many people assume to be true, but it can't be proven
Stereotype to believe that all people or things in a group are the same adage old or well-known saying
that expresses a common place assertion superstition a belief or way of behaving based on fear of
the unknown or faith in magic or luck Proverb.
