Why do I join this program?

Long life education is the reason why I joining this program. This program
is one of the ways to me to improve my knowledge, skill, good character. Knowing
the philosophy of education in Indonesia give the more knowledge that teach is not
only transfer the knowledge to the student, but it’s more than that thing. Give and
guide their student’s characters are very important thing besides the knowledge. As
a teacher I should to have a good character and knowledge first, so from this
opportunity to learn about philosophy of education I believe I will reach what I
need for to be a good teacher and will create the good students too.

How the strategy that I used to be?

Everywhere is a school
Everybody is a teacher
Every time is learn
Means that I can learn everything from every subject that I found in my
daily activity. Cipta, Rasa and Karsa. Based on that three terms. Cipta is when I
make sure what my motive to be a teacher is. Rasa means I should use my feeling
to realize what happened and what I should do to handle things in my life. And
Karsa is when I find out the why to reach my purposes. To reach my purposes, I
must improve my knowledge, skill, character and increase the self-value, Not
limiting the circle and always confident to increasing the new knowledge.

What is my purpose?

To have the self-worth, and then be able to share it for other individuals in
this case is the students. The steps are starting from knowing the condition of the
students first, do the adaptation for knowing one by one their characters, and then
find the fun and effective way to share the subject/lesson to them. Actually, for
relation this way will start from our environment, we will share what we have to
our closer people around to see their respond about our knowledge and character
the why.
