Answer 3) Need of a healthy and balanced diet


1) A healthy lifestyle begins with a well-balanced diet. A
diet is the consumption of certain essential nutrients
that influence the growth and development of the body.
A well-balanced nutrition diet helps to maintain
excellent health by balancing nutrients. This kind is
critical for obtaining the proper nutrients and
determining optimal health and growth.
2) To function properly and stay fit and healthy, our
bodies require a steady flow of nourishment.
3) The human body is more prone to illnesses, infections,
weariness, and poor performance if it does not receive
appropriate nourishment.
4) A poor diet in children can lead to recurrent illnesses
and inadequate physical growth. They may acquire
terrible eating habits that will last the rest of their life.
5) They are also more likely to develop obesity and other
disorders associated with metabolic syndromes, such as
type-2 diabetes and high blood pressure. As a result, in
order to protect oneself against all of the hazards
described above, everyone should eat a well-balanced
diet.
6) A hormonal imbalance diet can have far-reaching
consequences for the body. As a result, a well-balanced

group or culture and represents the rich and diverse creations
of humanity. Cultural heritage is the legacy of physical
artefacts and intangible characteristics of a group or civilization
that are inherited from previous generations, preserved in the
present, and bequeathed for future generations' benefit.
Buildings, monuments, landscapes, publications, works of art,
and objects are examples of tangible cultural heritage.

1) For conservation to be successful, civic society and


corporations must work together with the government.
Conservation and development can and should coexist.
2) The most difficult problem in conservation is gaining the
cooperation of local populations. Local opposition can
be addressed by including their well-being into the
conservation strategy, for as by constructing inclusive
amenities for individuals living near heritage sites.
3) Conservation should include "multidisciplinary efforts,"
implying that the typical engineering-archaeological
approach will be ineffective.
4) Some of India's cultural monuments are "gold mines,"
and investing in conservation initiatives can result in
massive financial returns.
5) Monuments, if adequately kept, may create pride in
individuals and nations.
6) Conservation is defined as "restoring a structure to its
original state, whatever the original builder built, and
the building should endure for the next ten generations
and be in a better shape [than] that which we received
it in."
