Project Based Learning:

“Fake News”

Project Overview:
Craft problem-based learning and project-based learning in a video form to be posted in the
google classroom— a public service announcement—the video must inform the viewers
regarding the issue of fake news and how to distinguish it from authentic or factual information.

Standards:
 Formal; the anchor should use academic words and wear semi-formal or formal attire during the
video taking and presentation.
 Maximum of 5 minutes.
 Keynotes in conducting this project.

Objectives:
 Define what is fake and authentic news.
 Distinguish the difference between fake and authentic news.
 State the negative effects of fake news.
 Propose a solution that will solve the given issue.

Requirements/Task(s):
The students are required to pass the project before the final examination.
