I. Students’ Performance
The class adviser informed the parents about the importance of having a messenger account for the group
chat. The activation of Gmail accounts for Google Classroom was also presented, and parents were told that if
there is a large file that exceeds in messenger, they can utilize Google Classroom as an alternative medium for
sending students’ assigned tasks.

II. Student’s Absenteeism and Punctuality

The class adviser reminded the parents regarding the allowed absences of the students. It was agreed that
only five (5) absences will be allowed in every synchronous meeting. It was also discussed that the student
should present their valid reasons (via messenger chat) for not attending the online class or else they will face
the consequences for doing so.
With regards to punctuality, the daily schedule was presented for the parents to be aware of the daily
schedule of their children. The class adviser also stated that some students are urged to open their cameras (if
they are not using data) to prevent unnecessary activity while the class is still ongoing. The class adviser
reminded the parents to also monitor their children as long as it permits their circumstances.

III. Students’ Grade 8 Sending of Modules

The class adviser pointed out the Quarterly submission of modules for the offline students, and she also
emphasized the importance of passing on time.

IV. Proper Uniform

The Department of Education said that on Tuesday all Public School Students are not required to wear
School Uniforms when they are participating in any form of distance learning, The faculty teachers as well as
the School Administration agreed to this memorandum.

Below is the suggested school uniform :

● Pants(Blue/Black) and White T-shirt (Mon, Wed, Thu)
● Pants Printed T-shirt (Fri)

It was emphasized by the class adviser that the students should avoid wearing a Sando shirt to maintain
the formality of attending the class.

V. Offline/Online and Blended Class Arrangement

The class adviser proposed to the parents that they should choose for their children whether they want
them to be in an online or offline mode of learning but they could also choose both or blended learning. In
line with that, the class adviser also suggested that they will be having a regular synchronous and
asynchronous learning modality. Ma’am Bonifacio explained that during the synchronous session, it will only
take 30 minutes while in the 30 minutes asynchronous session so overall it is a 1-hour class.

VI. VPTA Project

The class adviser asked the parents regarding their project for the S.Y. 2021-2022. But it was agreed that
since we are still in a pandemic, they can temporarily assist the teachers in classroom cleaning and module
arrangement if possible. Hence, the very project had been discussed was the mere presence of the students’
parents.
