Summary of 100 % of the teachers of Panungyanan Elementary School were able to participate in
Attendance the School Webinar through virtual meeting.
Incorporating various kinds of technology can save time for teachers, students and
even parents since we are living in the new normal. Creating a better communication
system can also be established. Effective communication is a key component of an
engaged and successful class.
In lieu with this, Panungyanan Elementary school will conduct a two-day seminar
workshop to reskill all the teachers in using different google applications for them to
be able to help their learners and parents and therefore making the teaching learning
process more challenging and enjoyable.
On the first day, Teacher Emma A. Del Mundo, the master of ceremony,
welcomed the participants and our PSDS Ma’am Ma. Cherina D. Manalo. To start the
Executive Summary webinar, Teacher Espir leads the prayer followed by the sharing of food for thought
leaded by Teacher Grace. Checking of Attendance headed by Teacher Rose and our
TIC, Teacher Faye, greeted her welcome to each one of us. Teacher Emma reminds us
about the house rules using an audio-visual presentation. Teacher Joanna starts her
lecture about the different google applications. She also prepared some activities. By
the afternoon, Teacher Joanna prepared some synchronous activities. Then, Teacher
Julie summarized the learnings they have learned on that day. For the closing,
Teacher Emma shared her thanks for all the participants.
For the second day, the flow was the same from the first day. Teacher Joanna
discussed the remaining different google applications. By the end of the session in the
afternoon, each participant shared their thanks to the facilitator for the learnings they
have acquired.
a. Ensure that all teachers have deeper understanding about the different Google
Applications like Google Forms, Docs, Slide, Sheet, Calendar, Meet, Jamboard,
etc.
b. Construct their own Google Forms, Docs, Slide, Sheet, Calendar, Meet,
Program Objectives Jamboard, etc.
c. Appreciate the different platforms that they can use in teaching learning process.
d. Impart clearly all the learning competencies to their learners by using the different
google apps.

A. Program Management - 100% of the program activities for the participants were managed
efficiently, well-structured, and were carried-out as planned.
B. Attainment of Objectives - All the participants actively participated, and the objectives of the
program were clearly presented, therefore the objectives were attained.
C. Process of Activity – Participants strongly agreed that the activity was very timely and
appropriate for their growth and development. The synchronous activity was entertaining in
creating excitement in learning. The management and the contribution of learning from the
speakers were effective in encouraging the participants to use and learn the different Google
Applications. All the participants were listening and participating. It is evident that they
understood the importance of learning the different Google Applications as a shared activity.
D. Provision of support Materials - The support materials provided were appropriate and helpful
for the needs of the learners in time of pandemic.
E. Program and Management Team – The courteousness, efficiency, and the responsiveness of
the team were 100% commendable according to the participants.
F. Venue and Accommodation - All the participants were accommodated properly through the
platform used, the Google Meet.
