AGENDA: ELECTION OF SCHOOL TEACHERS' LEAGUE AS OF FEBRUARY 01, 2024
PROCEEDINGS:
1. Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Dr. Dinah D. Gatilago, School Principal.
2. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer led by Ma'am Ma. Vida Isada. The statement of
purpose was then delivered by Dr. Dinah D. Gatilago, our school principal. She stated that in pursuant to the
Division Memorandum 023, s. 2024 or the Organization of the Teachers' League of the Schools Division of
Kabankalan City, the school shall elect the Schools Teacher League for the purpose of providing a forum for the
discussion of issues and their solutions related to the total school program and to ensure the full cooperation of
the teachers in the efficient implementation in such program/activities.
3. It was also delivered and made clear by Maa'am Dinah Gatilago that as stated in the Division Memo 023, s. 2024,
the School Teachers' League will be composed of ELECTED President, Vice President and Secretary; APPOINTED
Treasurer and Business Managers by the President, VP, and Secretary; and the APPOINTED Auditor by the School
Principal.
4.The election of School Teachers' League was then conducted by the School Principal, Dr. Dinah D. Gatilago with
Mr. Orlando Bautista who counted and tallied the results on the board.
5. The majority of the teachers had voted Mr. Gideon Gicos for President, Mr. Jun John Calamay for Vice
President and Mrs. Jenelyn G. Eraldo for Secretary.
4. By the power vested to the school principal and in pursuant to the Division memorandum 023, s. 2024, Ma'am
Dinah Gatilago had appointed Ma'am Julie Biaco as the Teachers' League AUDITOR.
5. The newly elected President , Vice President and Secretary of the Teachers' League then officially gathered and
had their closed conference in appointing the Treasurer and Business Managers of the said league.
6. The following are the newly elected and appointed Teachers' League Officers as of February 01, 2024

5. The meeting was adjourned at exactly 11:00 in the morning.
