NARRATIVE REPORT ON HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

Parent-Teacher Association is one of the most

significant organizations in the school community. The vital

role signifies good partnership in terms of implementation of

good partnership in terms of the implementation of the

programs and projects in the school itself. Truly, the school

cannot stand alone without the help of the HRPTA officers. In

lieu, of this, Grade VI- Faith conducted an HRPTA meeting and election on September 2, 2022 @

10:00 a.m.

The meeting formally started with a prayed lead by Mrs. Annabelle I. Tumagcao. The agenda

are as follows:

President: Mrs. Maricon C. Villarante

Vice-President: Mrs. Jennie C. Pinoon

Secretary: Mrs. Anabelle I. Tumagcao

Everything was discussed by the Grade- VI adviser Mrs. Jessica A. Zipagan together with Mrs. Alicia

P. Parafina who assisted her with the documentation and attendance. There are twenty- seven

parents who attended the meeting. The activity was adjourned at exactly 11:00 a.m.

In addition, the newly elected presidents of different sections from Grade 6, choose two

representatives. The main representative is Mrs. Marlyn D. Del Mundo and Mrs. Maricon C. Villarante

as their alternate representative as the GRPTA officers.
