I have only seen amazing interactions between Adam and patients. He is
incredibly thoughtful and clearly has the needs of patients' at the forefront of
his mind. He is always polite and considerate of their opinions. If one of my
relatives is admitted to hospital I hope that the foundation doctors/SHOs are

Excellent communication skills. Actively listens when discussing patients and
potential management plans. Great explanations to patients. This is a
particular skill of Adam making him a valued and trusted member of the team
in renal medicine.

Great team player. Hands over effectively and timely which is important given
the current workload. Works well with everyone within the team. In particular I
think he has a good working relationship with the nursing staff which can be
difficult when new to a team. They have commented to me regarding the high

Always accessible. Very dependable. Always answers the bleep and does not
hesitate to contact seniors if needs advice. I never feel that he is avoiding
work etc., far from it as he is being proactive when he seems a problem
arising.
