1. What are the advantages of being physically active?


 improve health, prevent disease, and enhance their quality of life and a sense of well-
being.
 Regular physical activity can help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp
as you age. It can also reduce your risk of depression and anxiety and help you sleep
better.

2. What specific sports and other forms of exercise do you enjoy? What do you like about them?
 I enjoy playing basketball and badminton. What I like about them is that they are good
for my physical, mental, and social health and they are fun to play.

3. Why is it important to choose a form of exercise you enjoy?


 It is important to choose a form of exercise you enjoy because when you love or enjoy
something you can do it easier and you can’t force yourself to do something you can’t
enjoy because it will make you want to quit.

4. How healthy are you? Evaluate your physical, mental/emotional, and social health.
 I think I am healthy enough, but my physical health is not so good because I think I have
sedentary lifestyle during this pandemic other than that I think my mental, emotional,
and social health is good.

5. How do you think physical activities can help improve your mental/emotional health and your
social health?
 Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. Even a short burst of 10
minutes' brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood.
Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce
stress and anxiety.

stress and anxiety. It also plays a role in preventing the development of mental health
problems and in improving the quality of life of people experiencing mental health
problems
