1. What are the purposes of grading and communicating learners’ test
performance?
 The purposes of grading and communicating learners’ test performance is
to evaluate individual students' learning and performance. It provides high
quality information to interested person or the stakeholders by means of
any schema they can understand and use. It also support student learning
by providing information to students and parents about student
achievement and progress, and to indicate areas for further development.

2. How should test results be communicated to different stakeholders?

 The best way to communicate the test or achievements of a student is


through reporting system. The purpose of a reporting system is to
communicate the students’ achievement to stakeholders. These system
must communicate clear information about the skills a student has
mastered or the areas where they need more support or practice. There
are lot of tools that can help to have more comprehensive reporting
system like report cards, parent-teacher conference, newsletter to parents,
portfolios and etc. These tools help the stakeholders to easily understand
how their students perform in a classroom
