Dubai's position in the world
As you can see in the image, Dubai is located at the tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Dubai borders the
emirate of Abu Dhabi to the south, Sharjah to the northeast and Oman to the southeast, through the
enclave of Hatta, which also borders Ajman to the west and Ras al-Khaimah to the north. . The gulf
washes the west coast of Dubai.

How did Dubai originate?
