A.)“NAPANG-OR” CODE

B.) “Napang-or” is a word for a person who got hit by a stick or any object directly, it was used during
my childhood for me to go home and stop playing and for me to be disciplined. This type of Code is to
discipline to those who do not fear imprisonment and to those who do unforgivable crime that the
family is not satisfied for the imprisonment of the criminal which this code and its content will make
them feel the weight of their crime.

C.) Penalties or punishment for crimes committed

 Theft- A person who got caught for stealing any object that is valuable its punishment will be
Flogging and a year or a month of imprisonment. In flogging his/her arm will be beaten thirty
(30) times per 2 months and they will use an Arnis stick for the beating. He/she can also get an
aid and check up for the doctor if the beating is worst.
 Child abuse- If a person who got caught of abusing a child, he/she will also be abused in the
prison on a way of bullying which the person will be bullied in verbally and physically but it will
be light physical blows which it will be conducted by the prison guards. He/she will also be
interviewed by a psychologist and doctor of the prison for its health.
 Kidnapping- The punishment of kidnapping will be Gag and tied arms thrice a week and a year
or years of imprisonment which his/her gag will only be removed when eating.
 Rape- Rape is very worst for a woman which their dignity is being taken by someone. The
punishment will be worse than beating if a person or a group convicted in this crime their
dignity will also be taken which they will be branded in the prison and flogged fifty (50) times
and two times a month until they served their sentence. The way on branding is they will be
tattooed permanently in their forehead which other prisoners can read it and it will only be
removed if they are in the community after two months.
 Murder- The punishment for murder is imprisonment with whipping the person which the
whipping will be done in a time limit of 1 minute and 30 seconds a month until they served their
sentence, and also they will also be admitted for aid and health checkup.
 Drug trafficking- They will be punished by Flogging in a time limit of 1 minute per month until
they served their sentence.
 Drug possession- They will also be punished by flogging in a time limit of 1 minute in their arms
and they can also go for a checkup and aid provided by the doctors in the prison
 Tax evasion- They will be punished by flogging in the public and branded which the flogging has
a time limit of 2 minutes and imprisonment which their freedom cannot be paid and treatment
for the doctor.
