EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Aesthetic Construction LLC focuses on residential and commercial sectors with varying
expertise in underground construction as well. We specialize in design build mode of delivery
where our previous delivery used to be Design Bid Build. The main theme that lies in the
background of any project that we do is to make the house with materials and systems that are as
sustainable as possible. This feature sets us apart from all the other construction companies in the
region. Aesthetic Construction LLC is one of the first companies to consider and set its foot
forward towards World vision 2070. Our research team have considered the theme and principles
of our company and ventured out to find systems and solutions that can be implemented as the
core function of the company.

 The team has spent quality time over solutions like Hempcrete, Usage of plastic in concrete
mixture, Petro Hard Micro Tunneling etc. Our company has also noted about the IIJA bill passed
by the US government which involves an investment of $1.2 Trillion. Appropriate solutions and
systems have been recommended based on that funding. Aesthetic Construction is moving in full
force towards solutions like digital twins, bio asphalt A detailed understanding about starting NSF
IUCRC at Purdue has been submitted. The research facilities and infrastructure at Purdue will aid
sustainable solutions and systems. This provides a gateway to our
company through the university and provides us exposure and detailed research from Purdue. The
World Vision 2070 is a mission that everyone should contribute their collective efforts. Then the
goal can be easily achieved.

INTRODUCTION
Aesthetic Construction LLC is a residential building construction company based in Fort
Worth, Texas. The company has 50 years of experience in constructing residential houses and has
had 500 employees since its inception. We have an expertise in underground utilities and piping
for residential houses with a consistent effort towards providing clean and potable water. It has
recently taken over design-build as one of the construction delivery methods. The company
constructs single/multi-family detached homes, duplexes, triplexes, town halls and condominiums.
The company specifically constructs houses that are LEED certified and constructs net-zero homes
that eventually have a zero or even negative carbon footprint thereby committing to a sustainable
future. We plan to enter the commercial construction market by 2025. To make it possible, we
intend to expand our clientele to businesses and large corporations through referrals from our
current satisfied customers.
Our company has been influenced by world vision 2070 as presented by ASCE, moving
forward in the direction of sustainability is thus of critical importance. Our company focuses on
six key trends, alternative energy, autonomous vehicles, climate change, smart cities, high-tech
construction, and policy and funding. In terms of alternative energy, we plan to use a combination
of solar glass and smart glass thereby reducing the dependency on the traditional electrical grid
and trapping heat during winters and blocking UV rays during summers. Using a combination of
smart and solar glass helps in avoiding installation costs and reduces the total energy consumption.
Our company believes that innovative technologies will help us stay ahead of the competition.
