1. Marketing Manager/Sr.

Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:


● Design and implement offline and online marketing events.
● BTL ATL activations across India.
● Generate new leads through E-Marketing.
● Handling leads & sales.
● Planning and handling all brand building & marketing activities.
● Study the market scenario for specific projects.
● Handling leads queries regarding Real School events.
● Generate the sales through the BDE team.
● Maintaining leads data in a systematic way.

2. Business Development Manager/Sr. Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:


● Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and working with
the clients through the closing process
● Counsel students / parents about UFaber courses & products.
● Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting sales
● Maintaining short and long - term business development plans
● Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

3. Operations Manager/Sr. Manager:

Roles and Responsibilities:


● Relationship Management or a direct consumer relationship management role
● Customer management experience including rethinking best practices and
dealing with issues and escalations
● Leadership experience, handling and being responsible for the performance of
5-6 Student Managers (both in-office and remote teams)
● Oversee and be responsible for the success of the students under the ownership
of the team
● Use reports, feedback from students to proactively identify issues and deal with
complaints brilliantly
● Can work with Data and use data to figure out the best course of action
● Is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and work
with ambiguity, open to sharing ideas

4. Quality Analyst/Sr. Analyst:’

Roles & Responsibilities:


● The primary task of the quality analyst is call monitoring and providing actionable
insight.
● Through call monitoring, they need to gather information to help improve
executive’s performance.
● As he or she monitors the call, they have an evaluation form that will be used to
capture the information.
● Need to prepare weekly & monthly Audit reports.

5. HR Manager/Sr. Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.


● Developing compensation and benefits plans.
● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
overall business strategy.
● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues.
● Managing the recruitment and selection process.

6. Software Engineer/ Sr. Software Engineer:

Roles and responsibilities:


● Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
● Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
● Integrate software components and third-party programs.
● Verify and deploy programs and systems.
● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
● Gather and evaluate user feedback.
● Recommend and execute improvements.
● Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
