Responsibility

Magnanimity

Fortitude

The figure shown above is my perspective of an effective leader. For me, fortitude is the most
important aspect of an effective leader hence why I decided to pick fortitude as its base. Being able to stand
and overcome difficulties in life is the solid foundation a great leader needs, next is the magnanimity this is
what supports a leader’s foundation which is why I decided to put it as their legs this is to display their
ambitions and ideals in order to keep them motivated, next is responsibility a good leader also needs a way of
being accountable and what else is a great way to display responsibility other than their hands. When being
accountable one must perform actions, duties, obligations as well as their role in the society, next I choose
prudence for the heart a leader with a direct life goal and knows what to do is befitting of a proper leader aside
from loyalty making decisions and being able to apply those is a great asset of a great leader. Next is
cheerfulness with all of those foundations being an optimistic, positive and always seeing the bright side of
things makes them approachable and relatable, this is why I put cheerfulness on their mouth part which is
their voice. And finally, loyalty having a leader set their heart and moral value towards their principles and goal
is a good leader aspect.
