In the last two decades, Indofood has transformed into a total food solutions company with
operational activities covering all stages of the production process, from production,
processing of raw materials to final products available in the market. Now Indofood is known
as an established and leading company in every business category. In carrying out its
operational activities, Indofood benefits from economies of scale and the robustness of its
business model which consists of four complementary strategic business groups as follows.

Bogasari's main business activity is producing wheat flour and pasta, supported by business
units, shipping, and packaging.

Agribusiness includes research and development, seed breeding, cultivation and processing of
oil palm to the production and marketing of cooking oil, margarine and shortening products.
In addition, the Group's business activities also include the cultivation and processing of rubber
and sugar cane and other crops.

The Branded Consumer Products Group produce and sell a wide range of branded consumer
products that offer practical solutions for consumers of all ages. Most of the CBP Group's
product brands are market leaders and have top-of-mind status in their respective product
categories, and have won the trust and loyalty of millions of consumers for decades.

Distribution is the most extensive group because it deals with the distribution of products
throughout the region in Indonesia, this group distributes part of it. Indofood and its
subsidiaries consumer products, as well as various third party products.

Our Product
INSTANT NOODLE

Instant noodles are marketed in various brands and packaging such as Indomie, Supermie,
Sarimi, Sakura, Pop Mie, and Mie Egg Cap 3 Ayam. Indomie is a homemade instant noodle that
was launched in 1982 and has penetrated many countries including the United States,
Australia, England, the Middle East and China.

DAIRY

Dairy is one of the ultra-high temperature (UHT) dairy products, sterile milk in bottles,
sweetened condensed creamer (SCC), pasteurized milk, multi-cereal milk, milk drinks,
powdered milk, ice cream and butter. Indomilk is a leading brand for dairy products. Other
dairy brands include Cap Enaak, Kremer, Tiga Sapi, Indomilk Kids and Milkuat. Indoeskrim for
ice cream products and Orchid Butter for butter products.

SNACK

Chitato is a potatoes made with crunch. which is different from the others, and with a wave
that locks in the spices. The bold taste and texture trigger them, not to hold back and
continue to challenge the twists and turns of life. Chitato presents a variety of sensational
products to provide a variety of taste experiences.
Cheetos is the fun & active teenager snack that brings joy to fun with family because
cheetos offers fun and interesting form and unique taste.
Before entering the Indonesian market, Lay's was already well-known in other parts of the
world. In Indonesia, Lay's is produced as a joint venture brand between Indofood and
Fritolay International.

Qtela is made from selected and quality traditional raw materials that are packaged in a
modern way. Qtela has 3 variants namely Cassava Chips, Tempe Chips and Purple Sweet
Potato Chips. The thin and crunchy texture combined with a special taste is perfect for

Jetz as an indulgent and trendy snack that is always ready to accompany and support you

NUTRITION & SPECIALTY FOOD

Nutrition & Specialty Foods is one of the leading players in the baby food industry in Indonesia.
Its products include porridge, noodle soups, biscuits, puddings and rice puffs for infants and
toddlers, cereal snacks for children, cereal powdered drinks suitable for the whole family, and
various dairy products for pregnant and lactating mothers. These products are marketed
under various brands, namely Promina, SUN, Govit and GoWell to target consumers from
various market segments.

DRINK

The beverage section offers a wide selection of products to quench your thirst, starting from
mineral water, tea, refreshing fruit flavored drinks.

FOOD FLAVORING

Indofood also provide various kinds of flavorings to complement the dishes. The products start
from chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, special spices, and mixed spices.
