Discussion of result

From the map plot for compressor all the points falls on the area of operation,

where the highest efficiency is seen as the engine speed of 270rev/min, 315rev/min

and 360 rev/min that records a 71% compressor efficiency. The lowest efficiency

produced by the compressor at the engine speed of 135rev/min with 60%

efficiency. Surging and choking is not seen from the plot. Therefore the

turbocharger is fit for the engine but speed should be maintained at 270rev/min,

315rev/min and 360 rev/min for the best performance of the turbocharger.
