BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INCIDENT

OOA 0829 19 March 2022, a theft incident transpired in Molave Homes Alabel. Accordingly,
while SG Galanaga, ALSEC outgoing guard from Agri-Business Unit (ABU) traveling his
way home along Gensan- Sarangani road, noticed a group of “Bote Bakal” loading assorted
scrap metals on a top down tricycle. The said guard suspected that the scrap metals were
I coming from Molave Home Alabel (MHA) that prompted him to inform the ALSEC Post 11
N located in ABU entrance gate.
At around 0840, MHA Roving Guard Roseller Garlet upon received an information from Post
C 11, immediately responded in the area to conduct initial inquiry. Based on the statement of the
I “Bote Bakal” boys they were travelling going to Gensan onboard on their top down tricycle
when one unidentified person stopped them and offered to sell assorted scrap round bars.

They agreed to buy the scrap bars for Eight Hundred Pesos (P800.00) which estimated to
E more or less 200 kilos. However, the person who sold the scrap iron bars was able to escape
before the arrival of responding security personnel. SG Garlet recovered a sling bag

containing personal identification card belongs to a certain Jolito Tamuay (suspect),
T construction worker under DEFSON Construction assigned in Molave Homes Alabel project
site.

The four “Bote, Bakal” boys were identified as; 1.) Jeebee Alindajao, 30 years old, 2.) Jonathan
Alindajao, 32 years old, 3.) Mike Alindajao, 16 years old, 4.) Mark Hungoy, 16 years old, all
residents of Purok 9, Brgy. Spring Alabel Sarangani Province.

1. ALSEC Duty Officer SS ANEstrebella responded to the area and conducted
I investigation and later brought the “Bote, Bakal” traiders to Brgy. Maribulan

Baranggay Hall to blotter the incident. On the same day, the said persons were
also brought to Alabel Police Station to blotter the same for record and future

AMG for Sarangani, Gensan Operations.
3. Advised the Security Team to continue to closely monitor the MHA project site
 especially in Phase 2 area where, scrap metals and other valuable construction
materials were stored.
