Making cement using the main raw materials of

limestone and clay is taken from the mining
process where limestone mining is done by
blasting and surface minner, while to obtain clay
is done by dredging. Furthermore limestone and
clay are transported to the crusher with a dump
truck.

Furthermore, limestone and clay are reduced to 8

cm in size or until it becomes powder in the
crusher and then stored in Stock Pile (Storage).
After receiving cement raw materials from the
mining industry, limestone is moved to the raw
mill to be ground into fine powder. The fine
powder of the limestone is then heated at a very high temperature of 1450 degrees Celsius for
clinkerization.

To heat up, fine powder in this high temperature coal is used in the clinkerization. The clinker raw
material is then put into electrostatic precipitate to be stored in the form of concrete silos. This is
called kiln bait. The kiln bait is put into the initial heater for Piro processing.

The pyro process of the kiln feed produces a cement clinker. The heat clinker is then cooled and put
in a bucket to be stored in a clinker pile.

After this stage, the clinker and gypsum are mixed together and sent to the factory inlet for further
grinding process to form fine gray powder. This fine gray powder is cement which is then packaged
and sent to the market for sale.

In a making of concrete stage, The process is quite simple, with the procedure simply mixing 15%
cement, 10% water, 25% sand, and gravel 50%. All the ingredients are stirred into the concrete mixer
that makes concrete for the building
