What is meant by the word precious? Well, there are several meanings of the word precious.
For instance, precious means something that’s valuable or costly such as metals. Not all
metals are considered precious such as copper and a red orange metal since they have low
economic value however, metals such as gold, platinum and silver are rare and have a high
economic value. Precious also means something that’s beloved or treasured to you. For
example, your favorite pet animal or even your favorite teacher in school. Nevertheless, there
are three important things that’re precious.

First of all, time. Time is something that won’t stop in any way. Therefore, time is
something precious. Nowadays, people love wasting plenty of time on something won’t bring
benefits to our life instead of using it wisely. For instance, people tend to look at their phone
most of the time instead of taking a book and reading it to gain knowledge. Well, Time is the
most precious and valuable thing than other things in life even from money in this world.
However, a certain amount of people in the world prioritize money over time but they do not
realize the fact that it is time that has given them the opportunity to earn money. Apart from
this, time has given us happiness and precious memories with our loved ones.

In addition, family is the most precious thing that we have. Family are the ones that no
doubt would be by our side no matter what happens. Although we go through thick and thin,
relationship as a family is the strongest. Everyone’s family are hard workers, they strive for
the better. The two foundations of that family are our moms, and my dad’s. They are the ones
that provides for us, send us to school every day without complaining, made sure that we had
a place to live in, and provides us food on the table. So, no matter what, we have to be
thankful to have such caring and lovely family that will stick with us to the very end.

Furthermore, life is a precious gift that God have given us. Life is precious because we can
only live for a short period of time. That’s the definition of life in just a few words. The time
that passes between birth and death is what makes life precious. Living is fun! It’s amazing to
be able to see, hear, feel and touch the world. It’s fun! Life is a gift because we may never
know when it ends if we don’t cherish every moment of it.

Conclusively, precious is something that you can’t buy or touch, it is something you feel
and create likewise memories or moments you’ve enjoyed.
