Origami is believed to have originated in


China but the craft developed most fully in Japan.
Origami means "paper folding" in Japanese.

Hundreds of years ago, when paper folding


was first invented, the Japanese folded it into
dolls and flowers for special ceremonies. With
the passage of time, the craft became a popular
family pastime.

While origami is a fun activity for children,


many adults are also attracted to it. They find
paper folding a creative and relaxing hobby. With
patience and a little imagination, a piece of paper
can be folded into cards, gift boxes, ornaments,
animal-shapes and many other things.
Like many other crafts, origami is based on a few fundamental techniques which can be
mastered with some practice.

Another attractive feature of origami is that other than the traditional origami
paper which is coloured on one side, any type of paper that folds well can also be
used. Rice paper is ideal for delicate models while newspaper can be used for
large models.

her, she's my best friend btw, my best friend since high school. She said "let's grab some
coffee! I'm really bored". "I'm really sorry, but today I gotta go to campus to submit my task."
I replied, today I'm really busy "How about this weekend? I'm not going anywhere on the
weekend. We can do karaoke together, its sounds fun, right?” I offered her to go on the
weekend. "well, Sunday it is. See you on the weekend, bye" she replied, She accepted my
offer. "Okay, can't wait to see you on the weekend. Bye" I replied and and she hung up the
phone.
