Greetings to you Sir and your Division of Pangasinan II Office family. May the good Lord be with us
-- a promising year of opportunities and blessings!

In as much that San Fabian National High School – Senior High School department has one
natural vacant item position vacated my MR. JULIUS D. QUIRANTE whose contract has recently
ended, it is with great pleasure to recommend RUFINO P. CODIAM to fill in the position of senior
high school Teacher I with the following justification, to wit:

1. He is 47 years of age and lives in Brgy. Nibaliw Magliba, San Fabian, Pangasinan.
2. His RQA rating is 77% (without EPT score)
3. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (with 18 units of BSEd) at Don
Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Institute of Agriculture, Rosario, La Union
Specialization: Agriculture & Fishery Arts (AFA)
4. His teaching experience is in a School for Farmers
5. He previously worked at,
 Dragon Textile Mills Inc. as Financial & Technical Representative
 Caretaker of a fish pond (bangus fingerlings and prawn) in Nibaliw Narvarte, San Fabian,
Pangasinan

In any manner, I believe he has been professional, committed and dedicated person – which imply
a great character one must have in order to be an efficient teacher. He is the man of his family and
he loves them so much. I strongly believe he has what it takes to be part of our school. I am
confident that Rufino has a lot more to offer should he be given a chance to be one of the
competent teachers in our school. I recommend him without hesitation.
