Introduction to Global Metering Solution Sdn Bhd (PDFSB)

PD Fabricator Sdn Bhd (PDFSB) was incorporated in NOV 2017

with the clear aspiration to be recognized as a provider of
quality Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering service and
supply to the industry.

At the outset we faced many challenges in gaining recognition

and acceptance of the merits and benefits of predictive
maintenance technologies and techniques over more
traditionally times-based maintenance practices.

Today, with over 10 years experiences of providing service and

supplies to the Oil and Gas, Processing Plants and Power
Industries, we offer clients predictive maintenance services that
in many cases can be executed without costly equipment
shutdowns and without compromising safety measures.

As a fabrication and construction engineering company, PDFSB

is dedicated to ensuring that our clients obtain accurate
diagnostic analysis of equipment condition by integrating
various predictive maintenance technologies and techniques.

Through the use of our services, customers can realize

substantial maintenance and repair cost savings and higher
system uptime and reliability.

Mechanical and Piping Works
PDFSB provides fabrication works for Oil & Gas, Power Plants and other processing
plants across Malaysia.
Our welders are American Society of Mechanical Engineers(ASME) certified and have
been tested by several Oil and Gas operators such Petronas, Shell, Murphy Oil and

Electrical and Instruments
PDFSB provides Electrical and Instrumentation services accordance to Suruhanjaya
Tenaga Guidelines and also product manufacturer standards.
PDFSB also manufacture Orifice plates locally in Malaysia. Orifice flanges are mainly
form Italy or Korea .Sizing of Bore sizing is done by PDFSB engineers to ensure
accuracy in flow measurement's for their end users.
