Cyrus: Good morning everyone!

All: Good morning!

Cyrus: I am glad to welcome all respective managers to this meeting. Thank you for coming. Can we call this 1
meeting to order?

All: Yes!

Cyrus: Jezreel, can you please take the minutes today?

Jezreel: Yes, of course Cyrus! No problem.

Cyrus: Okay let’s get the ball rolling. First at the agenda today, Shann can you please give us an update on the
marketing strategy on our new drink?

Shann: Yes, Cyrus. Well we have decided to make our new drink as a health and energy drink.

Cyrus: Fantastic! I think this will be our new big hit! It’s taste great, healthy and perfect for working out.
Where are we with the marketing and promotion strategy?

Tricia: We still have few things to work out but we are planning to endorse are new drink from the Philippines
football league as a celebrity endorsement. We still have to review the details.

Jezreel: Yes we think he’s a great fit! Especially since his a football player and a great model.

Cyrus: Great idea! Let’s cover more details on our next meeting about the endorsement.

Jezreel: Okay Cyrus! Tricia and I will be ready to present to everyone then.

Cyrus: Let’s move on to our next topic. I have sent around an action list for each of you to take a look at. We need to
address everyone’s role at the charity. We need to give back to the community.

Andrea: I couldn’t agree more!

Shann: This has been at the top of all our agendas. And we have come up with some pretty innovative ideas. Hero can
you please state the things we have come up for?

Hero: Sure! We’ll gather all the money we need for the renovation of the charity hall. And we’ll make sure that
everyone is given a chance to participate.
