1. what are the basic things we need to do that you understand with respect to
our previous lesson? We need to understand that we do not need to force
ourselves if we cannot do it, instead we have to push ourselves through our limits
little by little and step by step, and we need to understand health is always the
one that we need to prioritize.
2. How do you keep a Healthy Lifestyle? We keep a healthy lifestyle by doing
what is good for ourselves and also keeping in contact with our love ones, and the
key sentence of it is “love your body and soul”
3. there is a saying “health is wealth”, Please explain what is that saying all
about? And what values does it suggest? Based on what I have learned in the
internet recently is that, it means the state of well being, free from disease or
diseases, both physical and mental is indeed a wealth.
4. if you are given a chance to choose from being healthy or wealthy, which of
the two would you choose and why? If I have to choose between the two, I
would choose being healthy, because health will keep me going and having
healthy lifestyle will keep my chance of survival is high, I can do many things that
unhealthy people cannot do.
