The Program is residential and no participants will be allowed to leave the campus except in
case of emergency, before completion of the
program.
Attendance for all academic sessions is compulsory and staying away from them will be
allowed only for genuine medical reasons.
Please do not plan any activities or commitments online/ parallel while you are here, time
should be dedicated completely to the program.
Plan your travel to reach the Venue on 4th October evening & to return on 18th October
Night after the program.

Note:
Registration fee: (inclusive of registration kit, accommodation, and food from 4th October
evening to 19th October morning, transportation from
Coimbatore city to the venue and back).
RT-PCR is compulsory for delegates (tests taken within 72 hrs)
Delegates must wear masks throughout the day
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-registration is mandatory
• Registration fee has to be paid at the time of registration.
As seats are limited, confirmations will be on a first come first serve basis and the preference
will be for graduate students.
Once registration is received by the organizers, any cancellation further must be received in
writings will be subject to the following:
o All cancellations received more than 10 days prior to the event will be subject to the 10%
administration fee.
o No refund of delegate fees will be made for cancellations received within 10 days of the
event.
• Please note there will be NO REFUND for " NO SHOW" OR "ABSENCE" of a delegate.
However, substitution of the delegates is permitted,
provided that the organizers are informed through proper channels.
All delegates should fill the registration form.
The conference is residential, shared accommodation will be provided in separate boys and
girls hostels. The delegates are expected to adhere
strictly to the disciples at the venue.
Participants are responsible for their belongings at the venue at the hostel. the organizers will
not be held responsible for the same.
Participants are requested to display their college id's and programme badges at all times and
they will be allowed to enter relevant halls only on
showing the badges issued. Badges issued are "NON- TRANSFERABLET
The conference schedule is subject to alteration at the discretion of the organizers.
If you have not received any acknowledgement before the conference, please call us to
confirm your booking.
Please note that the participants are requested to assemble on 4th oct evening at the Venue
& dispense only after the programme on 18th October
night or on 19th October morning.
